Cerveny CTH 721-3RX Tenorhorn ima novi rub kupe od nikl-srebra, koji osigurava stabilnost zvučnog zapisa, a uz pomoć duplih Miniball spojeva obezbeđen je pouzdan rad ventila. Pored toga, instrument sadrži ventil za vodu na podešivaču. Zlatno-mesingano telo tenor horne je ovalnog oblika, što omogućuje da daje topao zvuk.
