The 9PA is a particularly fine sounding student-level offering by the Spanish builder, Alhambra. Gloss finish throughout, attractive mosaic rosette and matching tieblock, ebony fingerboard and bone nut and saddle. The guitar is carefully and lightly built, and responds with a fullness and clarity that belie its low price. Trebles are smooth and rounded, bass is focused, and the notes are very evenly balanced across and up the fingerboard.
