DR strings NMR5 45 are “next-generation” of nickel-plated bass strings. Wound upon round cores, the Sunbeams offer up the feel and flexibility of DR’s round-core bass strings.
Yet, thanks to the nickel, they add that unmistakable warmth, soft-feel, and increased magnetic response. For all those reasons, respected bassist Tony Franklin loves DR Sunbeams on his fretless bass.
