Handcrafted in Italy using top quality Maple & Italian Spruce this hybrid wood shell is noted for its big, warm and dry tone with a terrific low end. These snares have a truly organic, dark vibe while maintaining the classic ds personality.
Whether you want that classic vintage snare or a more contemporary complex tone, Maple/Spruce is the drum for you that is not only visually stunning with awesome tones, it will quickly earn it’s place as a classic collector’s snare drum. This snare drum offers an exciting new bearing edge proprietary combination that yield thrilling new sonic possibilities, R2 60 degree on the top head and R1 45 degree on the bottom head. It comes with our vintage style 2.3mm inward hoops, an handmade 22 snare strainer and Remo Ambassador heads on both sides. Dry tone with a terrific low end.
